This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Evaluate incoming leads and perform outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and various outreach methods.
• Arrange meetings and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Keep precise records of prospects and activities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to aid in campaigns, events, and pipeline development initiatives.
• Conduct research on target accounts and key decision-makers.
• Regularly achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline objectives.
• Over 2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
• Background in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve performance goals.
