This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development of new business opportunities in security staffing, de-escalation training, management training, consulting, and SOP development services.
• Establish a qualified sales pipeline through focused prospect research, outbound calls, and customized emails.
• Aid leadership in prioritizing the most promising sales opportunities while keeping CRM records organized.
• Perform prospect research and create lead lists based on ideal client profiles.
• Identify key decision makers and verify accurate business contacts for outreach purposes.
• Conduct outbound calls to confirm contacts, assess needs, and schedule meetings.
• Keep precise records in HubSpot or the designated CRM and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Provide a weekly sales activity report that outlines completed calls, emails, new contacts, and opportunities.
• Must demonstrate discipline, professionalism, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Capability to perform focused prospect research.
• Experience in outbound calling and customized email outreach.
• Proficient in managing CRM systems.
• Ability to ensure disciplined follow-up.
