This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Engage in high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email sequences, and social selling directed at decision-makers in Poland.
• Assess inbound leads and maintain a steady pipeline of meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Tailor sales messaging to ensure it aligns with the cultural and business intricacies of the Polish market.
• Keep detailed records of interactions with prospects and lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Work in partnership with marketing and sales leadership to enhance outreach strategies based on immediate market insights.
• Fluency in Polish and English (both spoken and written) at a professional business level.
• Outstanding communication abilities with the capacity to convey value propositions effectively and convincingly.
• A resilient and self-motivated attitude, capable of managing objections with poise.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of daily tasks and follow-ups.
• A proactive approach to learning about new products and sales techniques.
• Previous experience in a B2B sales or lead generation position.
• Familiarity with CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
• A background in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
