• Conduct outbound prospecting to Internal IT Departments and Value-Added Resellers (100-3000 employees) through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build trust and establish rapport with VARs via phone, email, and LinkedIn to understand their solutions, team structure, territories served, and ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Collaborate to develop outbound prospecting strategies for both VARs and Mid-Market Internal IT Departments.
• Create and manage a pipeline of contacts and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with the Account Executive team to arrange demos and assist in closing sales.
• Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure accurate data management in Salesforce (SFDC), maintaining clean prospect and opportunity information and documenting all interactions.
• Acquire a deep understanding of “Why Huntress”: our cybersecurity offerings, our human-led SOC, our monthly educational webinars, and competitor products.

• Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience, ideally in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS, with a proven success record.
• Familiarity with the VAR/reseller industry.
• Understanding of cybersecurity solutions, particularly endpoint security.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (LinkedIn, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.).
