This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee a territory consisting of health insurance brokers.
• Collaborate with insurance brokers to discover potential large prospect referrals.
• Promote healthcare concierge and advocacy services to prospective clients.
• Partner with brokers for collaborative sales efforts targeting enterprise prospects.
• Deliver exceptional sales demonstrations and presentations in a virtual setting.
• Facilitate and manage sales presentations with C-level decision-makers.
• Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare advocacy and concierge services.
• Clearly convey the TouchCare value proposition and its unique differentiators.
• Provide prospects with concrete examples of our exceptional service model.
• Address and resolve sales objections raised by brokers and prospects.
• Implement a highly efficient and effective sales process with brokers and prospects.
• Meet annual broker development goals, sales quotas, and pricing targets.
• Stay informed about the industry and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Client Success to ensure a strong start for every client relationship.
• Maintain focus on top-of-funnel lead development activities while closing business.
• Utilize SalesForce and email marketing tools to enhance lead generation.
• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the healthcare, health insurance, or health tech sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas (e.g., President’s Club).
• Experience in consultative sales through third-party distribution channels.
• Comprehensive understanding of the health insurance broker distribution network.
• Established network of health insurance brokers.
• Experience in selling healthcare advocacy or concierge services to enterprise clients.
• A builder mindset for developing and sustaining a large network.
• Highly adept at presenting and collaborating in a virtual selling environment.
• Experienced in selling high-ticket items within a SaaS or recurring revenue model.
• Classically trained sales professional who applies a structured sales process.
• Persuasive communicator with the ability to distill complex topics into simple terms.
• Value data to inform activities and guide decision-making.
• Willingness to take initiative and engage actively in tasks.
• Proficient user of SalesForce and other CRM systems.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
