This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Evaluate and enhance client sales and service methodologies across diverse industries, focusing on new business acquisition and customer retention sales processes, as well as channel and self-service sales approaches.
• Create and execute scalable sales and market entry strategies to meet client objectives.
• Provide top-tier consultancy on sales, revenue, and service operations.
• Remain informed on sales/service methodologies to offer insights applicable to various sectors.
• Design and implement detailed training initiatives for the adoption of processes and technology.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource for colleagues, showcasing internal value.
• Over 7 years of professional experience in sales consulting, revenue operations, sales management, or B2B sales strategy collaborating with sales teams.
• Certification as an instructor in Sandler, Winning by Design, Dale Carnegie, or comparable programs is preferred.
• Demonstrable expertise in sales process design, sales enablement, sales organizational structure, compensation policy formulation, sales strategy creation, and CRM requirements identification.
• Strong grasp of sales methodologies, forecasting techniques, and sales analytics.
• Practical experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM systems.
