• Lead team bootcamps, strategic workshops, and performance evaluations.

• Create and implement customized sales playbooks tailored to clients.

• Assist in sales recruitment and onboarding by establishing clear standards and frameworks.

• Monitor performance and promote growth through diagnostics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Work collaboratively with the Emerse team to innovate new services and tools.

• Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales and leadership positions.

• Demonstrated expertise in coaching or mentoring.

• A strong enthusiasm for enhancing sales talent and ensuring client success.

• Background in sales, recruitment, and team development.

• Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment.
