Senior Sales Closer – Property Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Transform scheduled landlord meetings into signed agreements, meeting or exceeding targets.

• Manage the complete process from initial call to final signature — including discovery, value presentation, objection handling, and closing.

• Establish trust that endures in a phone-only environment, converting landlords into sources of referrals.

• Provide competitive quotes, generate contracts accurately, and maintain an honest pipeline within the CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in closing deals in direct sales, telesales, or service-oriented selling to a discerning clientele.

• Proven history of achieving and surpassing targets in an international setting — supported by measurable outcomes.

• Proficient telephone closing abilities: adept at handling objections, negotiations, trust-building, and possessing a strong voice presence.

• Proficient in English at C1/C2 level.

• Ability to independently manage your own desk without oversight.

• Demonstrated resilience, energy, and a genuine enthusiasm for closing deals.
