This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Senior Sales Associate will manage pre-qualified live call transfers and guide the prospective client through the sales process.

• You will present the value proposition to the prospect and suggest the product that best meets their online marketing requirements.

• Handle 10-15 pre-qualified transfers daily.

• Follow up with pipeline prospects and callbacks.

• Establish rapport and engage prospects through phone and email communication.

• Leverage email correspondence, client testimonials, and market statistics to generate interest.

• Clearly articulate appropriate rebuttals to all sales objections.

• Discuss online marketing needs and opportunities.

• Mentor peers and other sales associates to achieve collective team objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven sales expertise is essential.

• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.

• A typing speed of at least 50 WPM is required.

• Advanced computer skills and the ability to multitask are necessary.

• Must have two monitors/displays.

• Understanding of online advertising sales and current trends in online advertising is crucial.

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales closer role: inside sales, telesales, and/or SAAS.

• A minimum of 1 year working in a remote setting is required.

• Demonstrated success in closing accounts and achieving sales records.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with an outgoing and ambitious personality.

• A self-motivated individual with a student mentality, attention to detail, and punctuality.

• Integrity in interactions with clients and colleagues is essential.

• A mature, professional, and positive demeanor is required.

• Adherence to our core values when managing confidential client information is expected.

• Commitment to meet and surpass weekly and monthly metrics and goals.

• UNCAPPED commissions!

• Base hourly rate dependent on experience.

• On-target earnings (OTE) range: $60,000 ~ $75,000 annually.

• Additional incentives including spiffs, prizes, contests, bonuses, and more.

• Business hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST). No weekends!

• This role is fully remote.
