This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients, promoting loyalty and meeting retention goals.
• Improve customer satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and conducting regular business reviews.
• Work alongside Enterprise Account Managers to secure early renewals and address competitive challenges.
• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at expanding value and enhancing profitability.
• Identify and execute operational and service enhancements to ensure customer success.
• Influence purchasing choices and maximize reagent usage.
• Conduct assay integrations and fulfill laboratory technical requirements.
• Assist with onboarding new accounts, which includes ordering, installation, and validation processes.
• Manage the order, delivery, and billing procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Services, and Finance teams.
• Address and resolve customer issues in coordination with the service organization.
• Accurately document complaints and resolutions to enhance quality effectiveness.
• Foster growth, increase market share, boost profitability, enhance customer loyalty, retain business through renewals, and close new solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, Associate’s degree with 5 years, or HS/GED with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Professional background in sales or laboratory operations.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Must live within the territory, preferably in a metropolitan area close to a major airport.
• The territory encompasses Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and western Ohio.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related healthcare field.
• Preferred: Proven experience in sales, field service, or a technical call center.
• Preferred: Comprehensive understanding of laboratory instrumentation, workflows, and regulatory standards.
• Ability to travel up to 75%-80% within the assigned territory and other domestic business locations.
• Expected overnight travel up to 50%.
