Senior Sales Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to existing customers, nurturing loyalty and meeting retention goals.

• Improve customer satisfaction through proactive resolution of issues and regular business assessments.

• Work alongside Enterprise Account Managers to facilitate early renewals and counter competitive challenges.

• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at value enhancement and profitability.

• Recognize and execute operational and service enhancements to promote customer success.

• Conduct assay integrations and address the technical needs of the laboratory.

• Assist with the implementation of new accounts, including ordering, installation, and validation processes.

• Manage order, delivery, and billing processes to ensure operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Service, and Finance to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Address and resolve customer issues in partnership with the service organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, Associate’s degree with 5 years, or HS/GED with 7 years of relevant experience.

• Professional background in sales or laboratory operations.

• Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
