Senior Sales Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients, cultivating loyalty and meeting retention goals.

• Improve customer satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and conducting regular business reviews.

• Work alongside Enterprise Account Managers to secure early renewals and address competitive challenges.

• Create and implement strategic account plans centered on value enhancement and profitability.

• Recognize and execute operational and service enhancements to promote customer success.

• Conduct assay integrations and respond to laboratory technical requirements.

• Assist with new account setups, including ordering, installation, and validation processes.

• Oversee order, delivery, and billing procedures to maintain operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Service, and Finance to provide unified customer experiences.

• Escalate and resolve customer issues in partnership with the service organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, Associate’s degree with 5 years, or HS/GED with 7 years of relevant experience.

• Professional background in sales or laboratory operations.

• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related healthcare field.

• Preferred: Experience demonstrating success in sales, field service, or within a technical call center.

• Preferred: In-depth knowledge of laboratory instrumentation, workflows, and regulatory standards.
