This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Independent Management of Quotes & Contracts: Review and authorize quote modifications independently, ensuring proper pro-rata billing and contract alignment to avoid post-sale escalations or credit notes.
• Oversight of Quotas & Commissions: Ensure that deal structures accurately represent sales activities, facilitating correct quota credit and commission calculations for field representatives.
• Support for Complex Multi-Product Bids: Take the lead on administrative tasks for larger bids and intricate contracts.
• Mastery of Systems & Process Enhancement: Maintain the highest quality sales data within Salesforce by auditing records and resolving "locked" opportunity lines as necessary.
• Collaboration with Finance and Revenue Operations: Work together to identify and implement processes and guidelines for pricing and contract development, promoting automation that minimizes administrative burdens for Partnership Managers.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork & Debt Management: Serve as the primary commercial liaison for the Finance team, proactively addressing complex customer inquiries that may delay payments, ensuring quick resolution of aged debts.
• Address invoicing discrepancies, challenges with auto-renewals, and requests for credit notes, making independent decisions where necessary on commercial solutions that safeguard both customer relationships and Arbor's revenue.
• Collaborate with Bid Managers on significant tender opportunities (e.g., G-Cloud 14) to confirm our operational capacity to support our response.
• Substantial experience in a Senior Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or Commercial Contracts position, preferably within a B2B SaaS context.
• Advanced skills in Salesforce (with CPQ experience being a notable advantage) and Excel.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex commercial situations and debt-related inquiries with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding ability to communicate complicated contractual or system matters in simple terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
