This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.
• Conduct research, evaluate, design, develop, and implement mainframe infrastructure systems.
• Acquire knowledge and assist in the implementation of Mainframe Storage hardware and software.
• Support day-to-day operations related to Mainframe Storage.
• Ensure adherence to necessary standards, procedures, guidelines, and processes.
• Engage in the weekly on-call rotation.
• Analyze, design, code, test, and implement technical solutions.
• Provide production monitoring and support while adhering to scope, schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with IT, product, analytics, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Monitor production schedules, update progress, and report issues to leadership.
• Document technical processes and procedures; take part in technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Work with architecture on solution design and implementation to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and standards.
• Conduct technical analysis and offer insights for departmental decision-making.
• Stay updated with relevant technologies and industry best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions, including general production support.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical problem-solving, solution implementation, and collaboration within teams or projects.
• A minimum of 3 years of knowledge in basic computer science concepts and principles, common operating systems, and development languages/scripting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience and/or education in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred experience with TS77XX and DS88XX Storage Devices.
• Preferred experience with OAM, SRDF, CSM, GDPS, and Dino UPM.
• Preferred experience with IBM Spectrum Suite Products.
• Preferred experience with third-party vendor storage products.
• Preferred knowledge of ServiceNow software for problem, change, and incident management.
• Experience with Linux and SKLM is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn new technologies as required.
• Comfort with data tools and technologies and eagerness to acquire new skills.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and/or supporting large-scale technical solutions.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional team settings.
• No specific licenses or certifications are required.
• Travel requirement of 0%–25%.
• Capability to comply with HIPAA, data security guidelines, company privacy policies, Code of Business Conduct, applicable laws, and training requirements.
• Flexible remote/work-at-home arrangement.
• Base salary range of $79,300.00–$127,100.00 per year.
• Participation in a weekly on-call rotation.
