This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture a quality pipeline while fostering relationships with potential clients.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of Bellwether’s value proposition and work in collaboration with the team to refine the pitch and effectively communicate with prospective clients.

• Execute sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales.

• Work collaboratively across departments including Marketing, Finance, Success, and Support to ensure outstanding customer service from the point of sale to delivery.

• Participate in company and industry events to generate interest and drive sales.

• Provide insights to the Marketing team and collaborate closely to create effective sales materials.

• Utilize CRM software efficiently to monitor sales activities, maintain dashboards, and deliver progress reports.

• Investigate and comprehend the market landscape and specific challenges within the industry or sector.

• Execute and assess strategies to achieve business objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a sales-related position.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Proven skills in customer service.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a small team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing deals.

• Self-motivated and driven by results.

• Experience in hardware or coffee sales is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel frequently both nationally and internationally.
