• Over 5 years of experience in a sales-related position.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proven skills in customer service.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a small team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing deals.
• Self-motivated and driven by results.
• Experience in hardware or coffee sales is advantageous.
