This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and convert incoming leads while actively seeking out and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, employing a consultative and client-centric approach.
• Deliver presentations on SEO, AEO, paid search, social media, and web solutions to attorneys and marketing professionals, aligning services with case volume and growth objectives.
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation across various deal stages, activities, and communications.
• Take full ownership of your metrics, maintaining accountability from pipeline management to performance reporting.
• Collaborate with account management to facilitate smooth client onboarding.
• Stay informed about trends in the legal industry, competitor actions, and advancements in digital marketing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within legal tech, legal services, or digital marketing/SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in selling to attorneys or leadership within law firms.
• A JD or legal background is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
• Proficiency in SEO, paid media, and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent consultative selling abilities and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort using sales technology.
• Capacity to quickly adapt and operate effectively in a less structured environment.
