This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Align with the company’s strategic goals, managing and increasing revenue and market share at assigned Enterprise accounts to enhance customer success at all levels within the organization.
• Create and implement business plans to meet the priorities and critical needs of customers and prospects.
• Communicate public and gathered intelligence regarding customer technology ecosystems, strategic growth objectives, technology strategies, and the competitive landscape.
• Introduce domain-specific product and service experts while maintaining oversight of accounts.
• Manage account relationships and drive overall customer success for the designated accounts.
• Foster consensus and build relationships at various levels – including executive sponsors, influencers, and decision-makers.
• Lead large-scale transactions to successfully close major deals.
• Build a sales pipeline, forecast business activity, lead the internal team, and communicate key updates and competitive insights.
• Surpass quarterly and annual goals for new and expansion software subscriptions, renewals, professional services, and training business objectives.
• At least 5+ years of consistently exceeding enterprise software sales targets.
• Experience in the Financial Services sector is essential.
• Background in fast-paced start-up environments and vertical use case-driven experience.
• Knowledge and experience in data management or data warehousing.
• Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and public cloud infrastructure technology.
• BA/BS degree or an equivalent level of education.
