This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Drive sales for Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service sectors.
• Collaborate with branches for co-selling, conduct live demonstrations, and secure high-value merchant accounts.
• Own and manage a steady pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking efforts.
• Provide consultative, value-based presentations both in-person and virtually, showcasing how Genius® aids businesses in streamlining payments, enhancing operations, and boosting customer loyalty.
• Work closely with your District Manager to identify new opportunities, schedule appointments, and finalize sales within a short timeframe.
• Keep accurate records of pipeline and activity in Atlas and Salesforce, including call notes, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or merchant services (at least one year of B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—capable of building relationships and selling both in-person and virtually.
• High energy, self-driven, results-oriented, with a competitive mindset and a collaborative approach.
• Professional demeanor and the genuine ability to connect with business owners to quickly gain their trust.
• Willingness to spend 75% of your time in the field, possessing a valid driver's license.
• Must reside within a 2-hour radius of the job posting location.
