This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and sustain SailPoint IdentityIQ environments across development, testing, and production stages.
• Monitor and assist with identity aggregation, account correlation, and provisioning tasks.
• Diagnose and address identity and access management challenges.
• Execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities for the platform.
• Organize access certification campaigns alongside remediation efforts.
• Design and adjust SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, tasks, certifications, and policies.
• Track and report on metrics related to access governance and key performance indicators.
• Recognize and alleviate identity-related security vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams, IAM personnel, application owners, and business leaders to enforce governance controls.
• Engage in change management, incident management, and release management processes.
• A bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Capability to obtain and sustain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.
• At least five years of experience in identity and access management.
• A minimum of three years concentrating on SailPoint IIQ and/or Okta.
• Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks like FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of SailPoint IIQ and/or Okta features, integrations, and architecture within a complete IAM stack.
• Experience in troubleshooting identity correlation and identity cube issues in SailPoint IIQ.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting Okta user authentication and application-related problems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage various priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to security best practices.
• Capability to work autonomously and lead complex projects.
• Active security clearance is preferred.
• SailPoint IdentityIQ certification(s) are preferred.
• Okta certifications are preferred.
• Preferred scripting and automation skills include PowerShell, Python, or Okta Workflows.
• Strong experience in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Okta workflows is preferred.
• Prior experience supporting Federal IT projects that integrate various IAM technologies is preferred.
• Additional cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
