• Expertise in Rust: You possess a minimum of 5 years of verified professional experience in Rust development.

• Mastery in memory management and concurrency at an advanced level.

• Consulting approach: You are accustomed to providing professional advice to clients.

• Ability to organize complex topics and present them confidently to groups — you are technically skilled and articulate.

• Proven track record: We assess tangible outcomes, so be ready to showcase Rust code or project references (ideally attached to your CV or via a repository link).

• Communication proficiency: You can confidently engage in technical discussions in both German and English, clearly representing yourself in team and client interactions.

• Dedication: This pivotal position is exclusively available on a full-time basis.
