Senior Rotating Oncology Practice Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provides senior-level interim financial leadership for various practices or complex assignments.

• Collaborates with physicians, executive directors, and senior leadership to evaluate financial performance and offer guidance on financial strategy.

• Sets and drives financial goals and objectives for designated operating units.

• Oversees and integrates financial activities across the assigned practices.

• Leads the creation and interpretation of management reporting and financial analyses.

• Ensures adherence to GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.

• Establishes and improves internal control frameworks and financial policies.

• Assists in onboarding, mentoring, and transitioning permanent controller leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is mandatory.

• A minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, controllership, FP&A, or related disciplines.

• Extensive accounting and financial leadership proficiency.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management and physician leadership.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities.

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
