This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and articulate significant material risks.
• Ensure alignment between disclosure and operational realities.
• Quantify exposure whenever feasible.
• Maintain thorough and defensible documentation.
• Engage in risk identification processes.
• Assess the history of incident responses.
• Evaluate the maturity of security measures.
• Oversee documentation of controls.
• Map risks to security and compliance controls.
• Monitor and assess evidence retention practices.
• Integrate risk considerations into the engineering lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Security and Platform Engineering teams.
• Drive the quantification of operational risks.
• Support due diligence through fluency in architecture.
• Oversee the enterprise risk framework.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Audit departments.
• Develop a reporting structure for board-level insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in risk management, compliance, or analytical positions.
• While this position is not engineering-focused, familiarity with software development concepts will be highly beneficial.
• A professional certification, such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
