Director of Enterprise Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enhance a scalable Enterprise Risk Management framework to identify and prioritize key global enterprise risks.

• Continuously monitor and assess intricate emerging risks, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity-related issues, regulatory changes, and geopolitical influences.

• Lead and update the global Business Continuity Planning program while creating responsive enterprise-wide crisis management playbooks.

• Offer strategic executive oversight for global safety and security standards, as well as the company's overarching insurance and risk transfer strategy.

• Establish a technology-driven risk function by utilizing data analytics, automation, and AI to improve risk visibility and facilitate executive decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 12+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Risk Management, corporate strategy, or a related field in global risk leadership.

• Demonstrated success in building, designing, or significantly advancing an ERM program within a complex global organization.

• In-depth expertise in developing enterprise-wide business continuity planning, crisis management frameworks, and operational risk structures.

• Outstanding cross-functional leadership abilities with a proven capacity to influence executive stakeholders and achieve alignment without direct authority.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data, automation tools, or AI platforms to optimize risk or operational functions.

• Advanced degrees or professional risk management certifications (such as CRM, FRM, or PRM) are a plus.
