This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Tailoring Zurich's Innovative Solutions for the Construction Sector.
• Utilizing Zurich’s risk engineering tools and services to enhance customer risk management.
• Providing top-notch construction consultancy services to clients.
• Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with customers and business partners.
• Promoting and selling a diverse array of fee-based services to clients.
• Creating advanced presentations and facilitating risk management training sessions.
• Offering relevant risk improvement recommendations and conducting loss investigations.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations.
• OR a High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 8 years of experience in the same fields.
• Experience collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
• Construction Safety/Risk expertise preferred, along with Project Management and/or Superintendent experience.
• Experience with both Regulated and Non-Regulated Fleet operations.
• Familiarity with Data Center construction projects.
• Experience in large commercial construction, particularly in industrial, medical, and educational sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of construction safety, operations, quality management, and the associated risks and exposures.
• Professional certifications such as CRIS, ARM, CHST, CSP, ASP, P.E., etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and iOS platforms.
• Strong technical writing skills for the creation of work products for customers and internal business partners.
