This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Preparation of datasets to facilitate advanced risk analysis.
• Take ownership of and continually improve risk assessment frameworks, algorithms, and decision-making strategies.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of LLM models.
• Develop and enhance fraud prevention strategies, incorporating both rule-based systems and predictive models.
• Define, monitor, and evaluate key risk and business KPIs; convert insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Create and sustain automated reporting and monitoring solutions to ensure proactive risk management.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate risk controls into processes and customer journeys.
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to the establishment of best practices in risk analytics and modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Over 4 years of experience in risk analytics, data analytics, or a comparable role within the banking or fintech sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and substantial hands-on experience with Python.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or equivalent platforms.
• Profound understanding of statistical analysis, risk modeling, and machine learning methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to function effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
• Proven capability to identify root causes, evaluate risk implications, and suggest scalable solutions.
• Proficient in English.
