Senior Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Preparation of datasets to facilitate advanced risk analysis.

• Take ownership of and continuously improve risk assessment frameworks, algorithms, and decision-making strategies.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of LLM models.

• Create and enhance fraud prevention tactics, incorporating rule-based systems and predictive models.

• Define, monitor, and evaluate key risk and business performance indicators; convert insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain automated reporting and monitoring systems to ensure proactive risk management.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate risk controls into processes and customer journeys.

• Guide junior analysts and contribute to best practices in risk analytics and modeling.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Over 4 years of experience in risk analytics, data analytics, or a comparable position within the banking or fintech sectors.

• Advanced skills in SQL and substantial hands-on experience with Python.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or equivalent platforms.

• Profound knowledge of statistical analysis, risk modeling, and machine learning methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a capacity to operate efficiently in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

• Proven track record of identifying root causes, assessing risk implications, and proposing scalable solutions.

• Proficient in English.
