Senior RFP Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee live RFP, RFI, and DDQ initiatives from initial intake to final submission.

• Collaborate with AEs, Solutions, SMEs, and various cross-functional teams to collect inputs and ensure timely progress.

• Establish and maintain Loopio projects, which includes question assignments, status updates, and deadline management.

• Follow up with SMEs and escalate any obstacles as necessary.

• Assist in maintaining the hygiene of the Loopio library, conducting review cycles, and updating content post-RFP.

• Aid in generating regular updates regarding RFP status, potential risks, and library health.

• Contribute to process enhancements throughout the RFP workflow, including identifying automation and AI-assisted opportunities where applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in proposal operations, RFP management, project management, GTM operations, or a related cross-functional position.

• Capability to manage various deadlines, owners, and workstreams concurrently.

• Proficient communication and stakeholder alignment abilities.

• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions without direct authority.

• Strong writing skills, particularly in enhancing clarity, tone, and completeness of written responses.

• Willingness to learn new systems and work with platforms such as Loopio, Salesforce, Slack, or similar tools.

• Interest in AI and eagerness to leverage it for improving workflow efficiency.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in managing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, or proposal response workflows.

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or other similar proposal tools.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, financial services, or other regulated sectors.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in technical writing, proposal writing, or business writing.

• Nice-to-have: Experience collaborating with Sales, Solutions, Product, Legal, Compliance, or Security teams.
