Senior RevOps Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee strategic initiatives that align with the business plan (e.g., Growth levers, ICP operationalization).

• Establish, maintain, and evaluate commercial metrics throughout lifecycle stages; ensure a unified source of truth for leadership insights and formulate action plans.

• Collaborate with the VP of RevOps, CFO, and Business Leaders to define and implement the annual revenue model, ensuring alignment with targets.

• Plan and execute AI initiatives that align with Company and GTM strategy across RevOps Pillars, coordinating with both internal and external resources.

• Represent RevOps in CRO forums, ensuring effective communication of priorities, KPIs, and progress to facilitate organizational support and unblock challenges.

• Ensure cross-pillar coordination across Technology, Process, Execution, and Strategy through OKRs and leadership cadence.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Analytics, or Business Operations within SaaS or high-growth environments.

• Proven track record of collaborating with executive leadership (CRO, VP Sales, CMO, CFO, VP Finance) to influence strategic decisions.

• Strong strategic and analytical mindset; capable of transforming data into actionable business insights and outcomes.

• Extensive knowledge of KPI frameworks, forecasting, and revenue modeling.

• Proficient data skills (Excel plus ideally SQL/BI tools) with experience in handling complex datasets.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end GTM (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success), including pipeline and capacity planning.

• Practical experience with core RevOps systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Planhat, or similar).

• Strong financial acumen (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) with experience in planning and budgeting processes.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.

• High sense of ownership and a hands-on approach; capable of operating across both strategy and execution.

• Bonus: Experience in leading company-level planning processes (annual planning, OKRs, QBRs).

• Bonus: Familiarity with AI/automation in GTM or RevOps.

• Bonus: A background in both consulting and in-house roles.

• Bonus: Experience in international/multi-region GTM environments.
