This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead and manage strategic initiatives that align with the business plan (e.g., Growth levers, ICP operationalization).
• Define, maintain, and evaluate commercial metrics throughout lifecycle stages; ensure a single source of truth for leadership insights and develop actionable plans.
• Collaborate with the VP of RevOps, CFO, and Business Leaders to establish and implement the annual revenue model, ensuring alignment with targets.
• Plan and carry out AI initiatives that align with the Company's and GTM strategy across RevOps Pillars, coordinating with internal and external resources.
• Represent RevOps in CRO forums, ensuring effective communication of priorities, KPIs, and progress to facilitate organizational support and unblock challenges.
• Ensure cross-pillar coordination across Technology, Process, Execution, and Strategy through OKRs and leadership cadence.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Analytics, or Business Operations within SaaS or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with executive leadership (CRO, VP Sales, CMO, CFO, VP Finance) to influence strategic decisions.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities; adept at converting data into actionable business insights and outcomes.
• Extensive knowledge of KPI frameworks, forecasting, and revenue modeling.
• Strong data skills (Excel and ideally SQL/BI tools) with experience handling complex datasets.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end GTM (Marketing, Sales, CS), including pipeline and capacity planning.
• Practical experience with core RevOps systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Planhat, or similar).
• Strong financial expertise (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) and experience with planning and budgeting cycles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• High level of ownership and a hands-on approach; capable of operating across both strategy and execution.
