This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.
• Overseeing multiple Gong implementations concurrently (between 8 to 12 projects at once) while ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are maintained.
• Advising clients by offering options, evaluating trade-offs, and making informed recommendations.
• Taking ownership of implementation discovery, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and creating documentation.
• Configuring and delivering solutions using Gong products (including Foundations, Forecast, and Engage) and facilitating successful adoption.
• Recording requirements and developing workstream plans.
• Monitoring progress on tasks while keeping both the team and clients informed.
• Acquiring knowledge and experience in various sales technologies, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and similar applications.
• Contributing to Go Nimbly’s internal knowledge base through sharing successes, insights, problem-solving with colleagues, or leading training sessions.
• Cultivating client relationships and confidently leading client-facing sessions with clarity.
• You possess over 6 years of experience in a consulting capacity or within a revenue operations role.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools and experience in client-facing delivery.
• You thrive in a high-volume environment and can effectively manage 8 to 12 simultaneous workstreams without overlooking details.
• You demonstrate technical proficiency in our standard tech stack and have subject matter expertise in at least one technical area (such as SFDC, Hubspot, etc.).
• You have a keen technical interest, knowledge of SaaS companies, and outstanding presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities are essential.
• A skilled presenter who fosters strong relationships with clients and can delegate tasks effectively within the project team.
• Exceptional attention to quality and detail is required.
• A certification in SFDC or Hubspot is preferred.
