This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the development and daily management of Kong's Executive Briefing Program, creating an exceptional experience for strategic customer and prospect interactions.
• Design and implement a structured Executive Sponsorship Program that connects senior leaders at Kong with key accounts to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Establish and manage a program that nurtures relationships within Kong's investor community, supporting pipeline development and growth objectives.
• Act as a vital supporting contributor to the planning and execution of SKO, taking ownership of key areas such as overall program design elements, venue selection, production, and web design; create and maintain the registration website; manage the registration process and provide attendee support.
• Be a key supporting contributor to Silverback planning and execution, overseeing aspects such as overall program design; create and maintain the registration website; manage the registration process and provide attendee support.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of Quarterly Business Reviews for the CRO organization, ensuring alignment on agenda, logistics, and materials.
• Support the operational cadence for the CRO organization by managing scheduling, calendar coordination, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee the facilitation and fulfillment of employee gift programs, encompassing recognition moments, milestones, and company-wide gifting initiatives related to the revenue organization.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management and executive engagement, preferably in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment or within a Revenue/Sales organization.
• Demonstrated history of building and scaling programs from inception, with a keen focus on processes, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Proven capability in managing budgets and navigating procurement and contracting processes effectively.
• A record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and under pressure.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with C-suite executives and senior sales leaders, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to adapt swiftly in a high-growth environment while maintaining a "no-task-is-too-small" mentality.
• Familiarity with Cvent and Salesforce platforms.
• Willingness to travel for key events and executive engagements as necessary (approximately 20%).
• A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration or a related field is required.
