📋 Description

• Design, manage, and continually enhance our revenue technology ecosystem, comprising platforms for sales engagement, marketing automation, data enrichment, conversation intelligence, and partner management to guarantee streamlined operations and precise reporting.

• Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions, striking a balance between speed, adaptability, and long-term sustainability across the revenue organization.

• Assess, choose, and spearhead the technical deployment of cutting-edge technologies, including AI-driven tools, to boost productivity, personalization, and decision-making in go-to-market functions.

• Create and sustain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, data flow charts, and process specifications.

• Maintain data governance protocols to uphold the integrity and accuracy of information across all revenue systems.

• Establish and promote key performance indicators (KPIs) concerning sales and marketing efficiency and effectiveness, providing insights that guide strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Enablement to identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven, system-oriented solutions.

• Remain informed about trends in RevOps technology, automation, data infrastructure, and AI applications within go-to-market functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similarly technical role within go-to-market operations.

• Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), including data models, automation, validation logic, and system configuration.

• Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in reporting, data analysis, and transforming data into actionable business insights.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a history of delivering quality results amid competing priorities.

• Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator, with proven experience liaising across Sales, Marketing, and other go-to-market stakeholders.

• Proactive problem-solver with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and the capability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges in real time.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Comfort in responsibly utilizing AI tools to assist with tasks such as research, drafting, or data review.

• Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology advances.

• A sense of curiosity and openness to exploring new methodologies.

• A collaborative mindset when engaging with teams and technology.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country where this position is based.
