This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

đź“‹ Description

• Take ownership of and manage pipeline reporting, forecasting cadences, and revenue dashboards within Salesforce.

• Collaborate with leadership from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance visibility into funnel performance and conversion metrics.

• Proactively identify risks and opportunities early, backed by data analysis.

• Recognize friction points in the go-to-market strategy and drive operational enhancements throughout the entire revenue cycle—from lead generation to renewal.

• Oversee and optimize the revenue tech stack, including SFDC, Gong, HubSpot, Looker, and Highspot, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.

• Investigate and integrate AI-driven tools into the revenue tech stack—ranging from predictive forecasting and deal scoring to automated reporting—enabling the team to focus less on data collection and more on actionable insights.

• Establish and enforce consistent processes across go-to-market teams.

• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that empower leaders to make quicker, more informed decisions.

• Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership in supporting territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling.

• Promote the use of dashboards and self-service reporting among commercial teams.

• Function as the vital link between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

• Assist in go-to-market planning cycles, including annual planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

• Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement—if something can be enhanced, speak up.


⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related go-to-market role—preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.

• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and revenue tools; adept at extracting clean data from complex systems.

• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with large datasets—whether in Excel, Sheets, BI tools, or SQL.

• Familiarity with AI-driven revenue tools and a genuine interest in how AI is transforming the operations of go-to-market teams.

• A process-oriented approach: you not only identify issues but also design solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Proficient in English; proficiency in French or another language is an advantage.
