• Analyze funnel performance, pinpoint bottlenecks, and suggest strategies to enhance velocity, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
• Drive cross-functional projects aimed at increasing efficiency, scalability, and operational discipline throughout the revenue engine.
• Develop and implement our AI transformation strategy for GTM, focusing on enhanced prospecting, automated insights, and workflows for Customer Success.
• Manage and refine the GTM technology stack encompassing marketing, sales, and post-sales functions, while creating AI-first automations and workflows. Current tools include Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Outreach, and Gong, with the stack set to evolve.
• Enhance data quality and operational dependability through automated audits, enrichment workflows, and scalable data governance practices.
• Oversee and optimize our enrichment engine and core GTM data infrastructure.
• Assist in critical operational processes such as deal desk, onboarding, and daily GTM execution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or GTM Engineering.
• A proven history of managing and optimizing a contemporary GTM tech stack, which includes CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and analytics tools.
• Experience in redesigning business processes and spearheading cross-functional operational transformation projects.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, piloting, and scaling AI and automation applications within business operations.
• A solid understanding of end-to-end GTM workflows across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Solutions Architecture.
• Capacity to impose structure on ambiguity by developing frameworks, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, with a knack for quickly establishing trust across teams.
• A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement — you act swiftly, learn rapidly, and iterate frequently.
