This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Take charge of, execute, enhance, and integrate the revenue technology stack to boost go-to-market (GTM) efficiency and results across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Administer and refine revenue tools, design CRM workflows, manage cross-system integrations, ensure data governance, and handle vendor relationships.
• Ensure high tool adoption rates and maintain clean, governed data for swift and accurate lead/account routing, dependable forecasting/visibility, and measurable productivity and conversion improvements.
• Implement and supervise platforms for intelligence gathering, forecasting, and automation.
• Oversee primary tools such as Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo/Ringlead, among others.
• Liaise with vendors, manage renewals, and resolve tool-related issues.
• Foster seamless communication among core tools and enhance interoperability.
• Assess the current GTM tech stack and propose consolidations or additions as needed.
• Educate the GTM team on workflows and the features of new tools.
• Serve as the point of contact with Salesforce administrators for improvements in CRM data and workflows.
• Support SFDC hygiene, manage account modifications, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Oversee account scoring and enrichment to aid sellers in identifying revenue opportunities.
• Maintain CRM enrichment through automated deduplication and integration processes.
• Act as the primary owner of Ringlead, ensuring automated CRM hygiene and managing rep assignment logic.
• Function as the liaison for the Lead Management Process.
• Develop and maintain automated lead routing in Ringlead.
• Design processes for enriching and routing high-intent leads for prompt follow-up.
• Assist with contact segmentation within CRM for precise engagement classification.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to ensure lead quality and accountability.
• 5-8 years of experience in a comparable role.
• 3+ years of hands-on CRM administration experience (preferably Salesforce), covering objects, flows, permissioning, and lifecycle design. Additionally, 2+ years of experience building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes.
• Proficiency in CRM administration: Salesforce object model, flows, validation, permissioning, roles, and reporting; familiarity with CPQ/forecasting is an advantage.
• Expertise in RevTech administration: conversational intelligence, revenue forecasting, sales engagement, enrichment/ABM, routing/orchestration, and document automation.
• Experience with API-based integrations, field mapping, error handling, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of data deduplication, normalization, and enrichment strategies; familiarity with a data dictionary and governance practices.
• Skills in project/change management: backlog management, UAT, release notes, training, and adoption tracking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities: clear requirements gathering, prioritization, and providing status updates.
