This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of and continually enhance the AE onboarding program—a 4-week training that covers AI/ML fundamentals, product knowledge, sales processes, and pitch certification—ensuring that new employees can ramp up swiftly and continue to reference the material beyond the initial four weeks.
• Develop and uphold a comprehensive pitch deck and talk track library for all key use cases—including code completion, code fixing, conversational AI, search, voice, and agentic—ensuring that the materials remain up-to-date as the product and competitive landscape change.
• Create and manage a quarterly pitch certification program with real implications: featuring a clear rubric, consistent scoring, structured feedback, and defined follow-up for representatives who do not meet the required standards.
• Provide direct and ongoing coaching to representatives—participating in live and recorded calls, conducting structured debriefs, and leading workshops—so that sales personnel regard you as a valuable resource rather than just a program manager.
• Oversee the routine enablement schedule: including a monthly newsletter, win wires, competitive seller briefs, and any sessions designed to keep the team sharp, informed, and connected to successful strategies.
• Administer the content management system and Revenue Resources Confluence space, ensuring that every asset is accurate, well-organized, and easily accessible to the entire revenue team.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Product, PMM, Sales Leadership, and Marketing to ensure that enablement aligns with the latest go-to-market priorities, product advancements, and competitive intelligence.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales enablement or sales training within a technical B2B environment.
• Proven experience in creating an enablement program from the ground up—rather than inheriting and maintaining an existing one.
• Direct, one-on-one coaching experience with Account Executives, rather than just program or content design.
• Experience managing a portfolio of simultaneous programs and projects with conflicting priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies frequently change.
• Competitive compensation: Salary and bonuses linked to individual and company performance.
• Equity: Grants upon hiring and participation in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
• Growth-oriented culture: Formal mentorship programs, conference reimbursement, and substantial investment in your professional development.
• Remote-first flexibility: We are a global organization that prioritizes your well-being and offers resources to support it.
