This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Evaluate pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sales performance to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing revenue outcomes.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports that offer insights into essential revenue metrics such as pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to generate actionable insights aimed at boosting go-to-market performance.
• Assist in forecasting processes and enhance the predictability of revenue performance.
• Recognize operational inefficiencies throughout the revenue lifecycle and develop scalable solutions.
• Refine core revenue processes, including lead management, pipeline management, forecasting, and inter-team handoffs.
• Standardize workflows and documentation to enhance operational consistency across teams.
• Promote the adoption of best practices throughout the revenue organization.
• Work alongside RevOps leadership to optimize and sustain the CRM and revenue technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, analytics tools).
• Enhance reporting infrastructure and improve data quality across systems.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new revenue tools and automation initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market processes.
• Contribute to planning initiatives like territory design, pipeline generation strategies, and sales productivity enhancements.
• Aid in leadership reporting and the preparation of materials for business reviews.
• 4–7 years of professional experience, ideally encompassing:
• Experience at a prestigious management consulting firm.
• Background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a startup or technology firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the aptitude to transform data into operational enhancements.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and creating reporting dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau); familiarity with SQL or other analytical tools is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are continually evolving.
• Strong collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
