This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Revenue leadership to facilitate annual planning, territory design, capacity modeling, quota establishment, and revenue target planning.
• Take ownership of forecasting and performance analysis regarding bookings, renewals, expansion, and overall revenue achievement.
• Create reporting, dashboards, and business insights that empower data-driven decision-making and enhance forecast precision.
• Streamline revenue processes, systems, and workflows across the GTM organization, ensuring teams can effectively generate, manage, and close pipelines.
• Work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Business Systems teams to enhance lead management, territory coverage, account assignment, opportunity management, and overall seller efficiency.
• Assess and improve the GTM technology stack, pinpointing opportunities for automation, process simplification, and enhanced data quality.
• Spot opportunities to boost revenue performance, productivity, and operational efficiency throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead the design and analysis of compensation to ensure incentives align with company goals and encourage desired behaviors.
• Propel strategic GTM initiatives and cross-functional projects that facilitate growth and operational scalability.
• Establish and track KPIs, offering actionable insights to Revenue leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across Revenue, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Systems.
• Over 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or similar analytical positions.
• Experience supporting various revenue functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and/or Renewals organizations.
• Strong proficiency in forecasting, planning, territory design, quota setting, compensation, and performance analytics.
• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS revenue models and the metrics that influence acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or Power BI.
• Solid Salesforce experience and familiarity with contemporary GTM technologies, including Gong, LeanData, Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and convert data into actionable business insights.
