This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead operational excellence throughout the entire revenue lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams
• Manage planning, forecasting, sales operations, systems, compensation, and executive reporting
• Enhance efficiency continuously through technology, automation, and artificial intelligence
• Extensive experience with Salesforce, including advanced reporting and administration
• Familiarity with Gong or similar revenue intelligence platforms
• Proficiency in sales engagement and data tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
• Knowledge of commission systems (e.g., Visdum)
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel at an advanced or intermediate level
• Experience in utilizing AI for process optimization and analytics
