This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the principal operational collaborator for the revenue team.
• Convert pipeline and performance metrics into strategic revenue insights.
• Manage the complete operational schedule, including weekly forecasts, monthly evaluations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Create presentations for executives and board members, along with sales leadership materials.
• Oversee and manage the revenue technology stack.
• Promote user engagement with Salesforce and Tableau.
• Provide training on enablement and tools to the wider sales team.
• Ensure the sales pipeline is accurately maintained and forecast integrity is upheld.
• Take charge of the architecture and governance of the sales department.
• Drive the ongoing development of the sales operating framework.
• Practical experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Contracts, and CPQ).
• Familiarity with Demandbase, Gong, Certinia, or Tableau is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Finance, or a related field.
