This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take charge of the recurring GTM reporting, which includes creating pipelines, tracking conversion metrics, bookings, forecasting trends, renewals, and key performance indicators.
• Develop and sustain executive dashboards, scorecards, and materials for monthly business reviews.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to assist leadership in decision-making, board preparations, territory planning, and managing performance.
• Recognize trends, risks, and opportunities within the revenue funnel and offer actionable recommendations.
• Aid in the weekly and monthly forecasting processes, which encompasses data preparation, validation, roll-ups, and ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Supervise pipeline health, stage progression, close-date shifts, and trends in seller activity.
• Collaborate with sales and revenue operations leadership to conduct pipeline reviews and maintain opportunity hygiene.
• Enhance forecast reliability through disciplined processes and improved reporting.
• Create and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, list views, workflows, validation rules, and basic automation tasks.
• Oversee user requests, field updates, page layout enhancements, and continuous system improvements with guidance from system owners.
• Ensure the quality, governance, and adherence to processes of CRM data.
• Collaborate with external administrators or internal stakeholders for larger system initiatives when necessary.
• Monitor GTM OKRs and performance indicators across the Revenue team.
• Support campaign initiatives, lead follow-ups, and conversion reporting.
• Assist in optimizing lead management reporting and accountability tracking.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance workflows, visibility, and execution throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Aid in system implementations, integrations, and initiatives for process improvement.
• Establish a scalable reporting infrastructure in alignment with Finance to minimize manual tasks and accelerate decision-making.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in advanced data analysis with strong skills in Excel.
• Practical experience with Salesforce, including building reports, dashboards, and basic administrative customizations.
• Solid understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
• Proven experience in converting data into insights and recommendations suitable for executive-level discussions.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced growth environment.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with SQL or the ability to handle larger data sets.
• Background in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B go-to-market strategies is a plus.
• Salesforce Admin certification is desirable.
