Senior Revenue Operations – ABM, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Map, document, and enhance processes associated with pipeline generation and ABM strategies;

• Identify operational bottlenecks and create scalable workflows utilizing automation and AI agents;

• Develop and manage agents for account segmentation and list creation based on intent signals, behavior, and market insights;

• Establish processes for account and contact data enrichment;

• Design multichannel outbound workflows employing email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools;

• Automate the collection, updating, and enrichment of information within the CRM;

• Create strategies to personalize outreach at scale through the use of AI;

• Track performance metrics of implemented processes and agents, pinpointing opportunities for ongoing improvements;

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and strategic partners to enhance pipeline generation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Operations, Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, Growth Ops, Data Analytics, or related positions;

• Background in B2B SaaS companies;

• Expertise in Marketing and demand-generation operations;

• Solid understanding of the sales funnel, ICP, account segmentation, and pipeline generation;

• Familiarity with automation tools, workflow creation, and no-code/low-code solutions;

• Experience with platforms such as n8n, Make, Clay, or similar technologies;

• Knowledge of generative AI applications, including the use of LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering techniques;

• Proficiency in system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
