This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take complete, independent charge of the RKO End-to-End process: Oversee the entire Revenue Kick-Off timeline, including early planning, multi-quarter budgeting, global logistics, both remote and in-person execution, and gathering lessons learned after the event.
• Focus on the Details: Pay close attention to every aspect of event production to guarantee a seamless, energetic, and impactful experience for all participants.
• Assist with Global Events: Offer execution expertise and support for other essential corporate events (QBRs, Townhalls, leadership alignments) without needing full ownership.
• Promote Autonomy: Independently handle complex, large-scale event logistics while keeping leadership informed and driving execution forward.

• Proven Experience with Large & Remote Events: A successful history of planning and executing large-scale corporate events for over 500 attendees, with extensive knowledge in managing both in-person and fully remote/hybrid experiences.
• Expertise in the Events Lifecycle: Direct experience in overseeing long-term event project management cycles, from initial budgeting and scoping mid-year to peak execution and post-event evaluations.
• Extreme Ownership & Autonomy: Established capability to independently manage complex, multi-quarter event budgets and global logistics, requiring minimal oversight from leadership.
• Attention to Detail: A hands-on individual with a keen eye for every detail necessary to ensure an event is seamless, high-energy, and flawless, from vendor management to technical production.
• Executive Presence: Strong stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence and maturity to collaborate directly with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), VPs, and heads of external agencies.
• Bonus Points (Nice to Have): Experience in designing and executing global incentive trips, performance rewards programs, or premier corporate recognition events (e.g., President’s Club).
• Advanced/Fluent English is a must. Please be aware that language proficiency will be evaluated during the interview process.
