This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of Nexthink's comprehensive ramp program, guiding new hires from initial orientation to confirmed productivity.
• Revamp and manage the onboarding experience, starting from pre-hire engagement through to the closing of their first deal across GTM roles.
• Develop a structured ramp curriculum that encompasses product knowledge, competitive positioning, sales methodologies, tool proficiency, and deal execution.
• Establish and monitor time-to-productivity metrics for each role.
• Utilize data to iteratively enhance ramp outcomes, ensuring new employees achieve and maintain competency.
• Collaborate with Revenue Acceleration, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and RevOps teams.
• Ensure onboarding aligns with practical workflows by partnering with hiring managers and frontline leaders.
• Oversee content governance, tool access, and methodology alignment in conjunction with the broader enablement team.
• Define and uphold Nexthink's standard for readiness to sell.
• Identify and bridge gaps between onboarding training and field requirements.
• Advocate for representative readiness in leadership discussions, supported by data and actionable recommendations.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or GTM learning and development.
• Preferably experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a complex enterprise sales process.
• Proven track record of managing a complete ramp or onboarding program, including redesigning existing frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional operational abilities across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and RevOps.
• An analytical mindset capable of defining success metrics, implementing programs, and evolving based on evidence.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in conducting training sessions and crafting concise executive summaries.
• Familiarity with modern GTM tools such as Seismic, Gong, or similar conversation intelligence solutions, Salesforce/CRM, and LMS platforms.
• Comfortable collaborating across different time zones.
• Experience in EMEA and META regions is an advantage.
