This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a strategic collaborator with Sales Leadership to define and strengthen a cohesive sales process across all verticals.
• Identify skill gaps and performance trends within the AE organization, creating targeted enablement programs to address these areas.
• Oversee the AE onboarding process, ensuring that new hires quickly and effectively acclimate to the Digital Health, B&M, and Employer segments.
• Develop and implement ongoing training, coaching frameworks, and certification programs that enhance conversion rates, deal quality, and pipeline health.
• Collaborate closely with front-line managers to reinforce coaching, perform call reviews, and foster accountability in the field.
• Work in partnership with Product Marketing and GTM Readiness to ensure AEs are equipped with the appropriate messaging, tools, and training for new product launches.
• Convert business priorities into actionable enablement plans that yield measurable revenue outcomes.
• Over 6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or revenue-oriented roles within high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated ability to function as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership rather than merely a program manager or facilitator.
• In-depth knowledge of the complete sales cycle and the challenges encountered by Account Executives.
• Experience in developing onboarding programs, coaching frameworks, and performance-focused training initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify issues and implement structured solutions.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities at all organizational levels.
• Comfortable working with a sense of ownership, urgency, and in ambiguous situations.
• Background in B2B sales is essential.
• A proactive individual with a bias towards action.
