Senior Retirement Technology Consultant – US Retirement, Recordkeeping

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Offer specialized knowledge in retirement products and plans.

• Spearhead the modernization of recordkeeping systems.

• Facilitate core strategy enhancements and cloud transitions.

• Develop and enhance the digital experiences for participants, sponsors, and advisors.

• Streamline payroll integration, contributions, distributions, and additional processes within the Retirement value chain.

• Design and implement integrations with TPAs, trustees, payroll providers, and advisors.

• Establish the architecture for data, reporting, and analytics (ODS, data platforms).

• Propel initiatives aimed at cost reduction, automation, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the US retirement and recordkeeping sector.

• Significant expertise with at least one recordkeeping system, such as FIS Omni, SS&C TRAC, Relius, or other custom-built solutions.

• Profound understanding of DC plans (401k, 403b, 457) and relevant ERISA/SECURE 2.0 regulations.

• Acquaintance with Retirement contracts including Adoption Agreements, Service Agreements, Loan Policy documents, Fees Schedules, Trustee Agreements, etc.

• Proficiency in cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and enterprise architecture.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting abilities.
