This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Create and implement a comprehensive, high-impact customer retention strategy.
• Take charge of designing and refining the returning customer experience.
• Pinpoint essential moments to enhance customer engagement.
• Discover growth potential across all points of customer retention.
• Develop quarterly channel roadmaps.
• Innovate customer lifecycle journeys and enhance their performance.
• Track and report on crucial KPIs such as repurchase rates, channel conversion, and LTV/CAC.
• Work closely with Data Science, Creative, IT, and Growth teams.
• Execute and prioritize tests, campaigns, and automated workflows to meet business objectives.
• At least 7 years of proven experience in crafting and executing impactful retention marketing strategies, preferably in fast-paced, digital-first settings.
• Experience with Apparel Ecommerce brands and Digital Retail businesses is advantageous.
• A natural leader with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles, managing cross-functional teams that include creatives, engineers, marketers, and analysts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with substantial experience in interpreting customer data.
• Comprehensive understanding of online engagement platforms, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• High attention to detail along with the capacity to understand complex technical and business challenges.
• A dynamic, ambitious, and inquisitive mindset.
• Proven experience in people management, with the ability to mentor, empower, and challenge fellow leaders.
• Advanced English proficiency (both oral and written) is essential; knowledge of Spanish and familiarity with Data Science, SQL, or analytics tools are significant advantages.
• Nice to have: Basic understanding of front-end tools, technical tracking, or experience collaborating with engineering teams.
