• Coordinate the seasonal and product launch Go-to-Market schedules.
• Serve as the main marketing point of contact for retail partners.

• Oversee the trade marketing budget with a high level of responsibility.
• Manage the digital retail experience and enhance online content.
• Organize trade shows and conferences, from logistics to ROI evaluation.
• Develop training programs for retail teams.
• Initiate and oversee Staff Advocacy programs.
• Act as the main intelligence conduit between retail and marketing departments.
• Additional responsibilities as required.
• Strong experience in marketing, retail, and visual merchandising.
• Comprehensive understanding of retailers (Target, Walmart, Best Buy) and consumer behavior.
• Over 6 years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing.
• Proven track record in managing retail account relationships.
• Practical experience with in-store marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial insight.
• Knowledge of retail media networks.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience in budget management.
• Effective communicator and facilitator.
