
Senior Residential Solar Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Accountable for utilizing IGS’s proprietary technology platform, managing documents and contracts, and collaborating with IGS’s Sales and Installation partners to ensure efficient business operations.
• Actively engage with IGS’s shared service teams, including billing and collections, IT, finance and accounting, legal and regulatory, and marketing to maintain business continuity and achieve strategic goals.
• Work closely with your direct Lead to support the team, uphold processes, and meet established objectives.
• Assist and respond to our internal customer service teams to resolve escalated customer-related issues and inquiries.
• Execute projects for Residential Solar focused on process enhancements, market analysis, and consumer compliance.
• Create and utilize user guides and job aids to perform daily tasks and provide cross-training for other team members.
• Assess and audit completed work for accuracy, implement necessary corrections, and promptly communicate status updates to management.
• Establish yourself as a reliable team member by achieving team objectives, demonstrating integrity, and contributing to the development of IGS Solar into a premier solar company.
• Over 5 years of prior customer service experience.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in “TPO” (Third Party Owner) solar-related Customer Resolution is preferred.
• A college degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
• Fundamental skills in all MS Office Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint).
