Senior Research Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the psychometric validation of Intellect's psychosocial risk tool and tailor it for various markets and regulatory standards.

• Uphold the analytical framework behind psychosocial risk reporting, ensuring outputs can be independently reproduced and clarified.

• Define clinical outcome metrics utilized in product and client reporting.

• Develop and sustain benchmarks and norms for the assessment framework.

• Oversee the survey panel and data collection partners for the development of benchmarks.

• Design and conduct evaluations of AI-enhanced features.

• Introduce innovative analytical methods within the clinical function.

• Present insights to enterprise clients, HR and risk leaders, as well as government stakeholders.

• Assist in creating case studies and evidence assets for commercial teams.

• Collaborate with academic partners on joint research initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A postgraduate degree in psychology, psychometrics, educational measurement, statistics or biostatistics, economics or econometrics, epidemiology or public health, data science, or another quantitative social science.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical research experience, preferably including experience outside a strictly academic environment.

• Strong skills in statistical analysis and proficiency with statistical software.

• Experience in survey design, including adapting measures for different populations or markets.

• A proven history of presenting analytical results to senior, non-technical audiences.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Desirable: Knowledge of psychosocial risk, ISO 45003, workplace mental health, or occupational health.

• Desirable: Experience in training or empowering non-specialist colleagues.

• Desirable: Understanding of regulatory requirements for workplace psychological health in Australia, Singapore, and Asia.
